Returns and Complaints

How does the return policy work?

To start a return You can contact immediate with our mobile number 7200425012 or drop an E-mail techitsupp@gmail.com within 2 days of received order and request a return with Order id.

We can return only working/undamage/unused product.

Customer will be pay return courier charges.

After received the product we will do verify the order item if all matched then we will return your money in your account.please share correct account information i.e. name in account,Account number,ifs code,bank name,bank Branch.

After providing the correct detail we will be return your money in your account with in 2 working days.

if your account detail is not correct and money goes in wrong account then  store will not responsible for that.

Complaints 

You can complaints about faulty/damage/bad Quality/ product through the e-Mail or Mobile Number mentioned in Contact us.

Also you can submit any product review in bottom of product so next customer read them.
